Managing Partner

Prior to establishing Orban Consulting GmbH, Dr. Orban held managing director positions in various companies in Germany and Eastern Europe. He also handled restructuring and organizational development, drawing on extensive leadership experience.

Andrea Erőss

Chief Financial Officer

During her career in the industrial sector in Hungary, Andrea Erőss worked as head of human resources for German, French, and U.S. companies. In this role, she performed a wide range of managerial tasks in human resources and also handled large-scale workforce adjustments.

Dirk Wunderlich

Managing Partner

Dirk Wunderlich has many years of experience in managing business units and complex international project portfolios in the rail vehicle, energy and aerospace sectors. Various management positions at ABB, MAN, Bombardier and Alstom – as Vice President – enrich his career.

Kristijan Bauer

Managing Partner

Kristijan has 30 years of international experience in operational performance improvement covering Automotive, Machinery and Automation. He was with Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik as group COO and at Festo SE responsible for Global Manufacturing. Kristijan also spent 20 years at Continental AG in various roles.

Christian Beul

Associate Partner Business Development

Christian Beul was Head of Business Development and part of the Executive Board in an internationally operating technology consultancy. As an experienced Executive, he is responsible for building and developing networks and partnerships, as well as for the operational and strategic growth of the company.

Paul Arndt

Executive Consultant Cyber Security

Before joining our team, Paul Arndt was a partner and head of the cyber security unit of an international management consultancy. As an acknowledged expert and author of technical books, he is responsible for the cyber security activities of Orban Consulting.

Klaus U. Volstrup

Managing Partner & General Manager Nordics

With a strong project management, operational and commercial background, Klaus Volstrup has led production sites in Scandinavia and Central Europe for global rail vehicle and wind power manufacturers. He has managed international turnkey projects, business development and transformation.

Klaus Pedersen

CEO KP Consulting

Before founding KP Consulting in 2006, Klaus Pedersen has held various positions with Bombardier in Denmark and worked as Project Manager for Vestas. He has strong leadership skills and is used to working with cross-border business partners.

Michael Beckmann

Member of the Advisory Board

Prior to his assignment at Orban Consulting Nordics, Michael Beckmann held leadership positions in in the transportation/mobility industry, e.g. heading business units, the corporate strategy function, and complex project portfolios.

László Frank

General Manager Hungary

László Frank was responsible for the setup and management of new production sites for renowned German automotive suppliers, where he continuously succeeded in proving the value of his international leadership experience and profound knowledge of the automotive industry.

Dr. Dan Tulvan

General Manager

Dr. Tulvan worked as a plant manager and managing director for various small and medium-sized enterprises in the automotive supplier industry and companies in the electrical industry. He is an expert in the setup of (greenfield and brownfield) production sites and reorganization.

Konrad Czachor

General Manager Poland

Leading expert towards designing and implementing of the Business Management Systems (following: IATF, Environmental, Health & Safety Standards) in Green Field – Poland, Core member of the Global Management Team for Japanese tier one supplier – located in Germany. First and second party auditor in accordance with VDA-QMC standards. Passionate of the Automotive World.

Automotive know-how, ability to design custom-made efficient solutions, vast Automotive network within Poland and beyond.

Pravin S. Mistry

General Manager UK

Mr. Mistry’s professional experience focuses on the automotive supply and aerospace industries specializing in plastics, rubber and composites. Prior to joining the consultancy, Mr. Mistry was Managing Director and COO at various manufacturing companies in the UK and North America.

Dr. Ádám Bodor

Associate Partner NAFTA

Adam has gained experience while acting for both governmental institutions and for industrial companies as partner of international consultancy firms. He supported major investment projects in the automotive, electronics and other manufacturing industries. His major clients included Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Flextronics, Valeo Siemens, Thyssen Krupp, Samsung.

Ran Maya

Associate Partner

With a master’s degree in law and business administration specializing in Marketing, Ran Maya brings in-depth experience and knowledge from 20+ years in the railway industry including a decade as a director, country business leader in Bombardier. Ran initiated many international consortia’s and lead them through the following complex PPP/ BOT phase. He is a seasoned negotiator, “problem solver”, crisis management leader & business strategies initiator.
